Grandview Running Club – Tuesday Nights
GRC is a social running club consisting of a broad range of skill and speed among its members. The primary focus of this group is the social interaction that running provides. The group meets at different bars in and around the Grandview area and runs 3 to 5 miles each week. GRC is free for everyone.
Living Fit Columbus – Thursday Nights & Saturday Mornings
LFC is a free social run crew that promotes a love of running, yoga and all things FIT in Dublin and the surrounding Cbus area. We meet Thursday nights and Saturday mornings for various mileage, ranging from 4 miles and up. We typically meet in Historic Dublin and follow an out & back loop, although we love running Columbus and having monthly running field trips.
Short North Running Club – Thursday Nights
The Short North Running Club organizes weekly running events in Columbus, Ohio. We meet every Thursday at a different bar, run three to five miles on a marked course, and return to the bar for drinks and socializing. SNRC is free for everyone.
Columbus Roadrunners – Wednesday Nights & Saturday Mornings
CRRC is a non-profit organization with the purpose of promoting and encouraging running at all levels. Runs typically leave from Whetstone Recreation Center and offer a variety of skills, paces, and training plans. CRRC is supported by membership and donation proceeds.
C-Dub Running Club – Tuesday Mornings
The C Dub Running Club, is Canal Winchester’s place to get connected with a community of runners who are dedicated to not only personal wellness but also growing friendships. Socially our club is always looking for members who are seeking fun and a dedication to community service. Our weekly club run is currently Tuesday mornings 6am Winchester Park (@ West Chester Sub Division) with more in the plans soon. We will be creating teams for 5K races through the spring, summer and heading into fall. We’re also planning to host a 5K in early September.
Powell Running Club – Children Ages 6-13
The PR Club is a youth running program designed to introduce children to endurance running, and help them build a love for the sport. The club will have 2 weekly organized practices, led by USA Track and Field Certified Coaches, which focus on learning technique and developing a foundation in a light and fun atmosphere. The entry fee includes a team uniform, entry into a mid season race, and the Powell Festival Kids 2 Miler. Please wear athletic clothing and running shoes to every practice.
MIT – Marathoners In Training
Since 2001, MIT has provided the most comprehensive training for half and full marathoners in the country. With roughly 1,000 members each season you are sure to have someone to run or walk with every step of the way. Our 80+ coaches have countless races under their belts and have to tools to get you to your goals. Our 14 pace groups meets in Worthington and Clintonville every Saturday and Wednesday!
